Oddly enough there is nothing in the console that contains Citrix, absolutely nothing. I am using OS X 10.9.2 and have followed the advice to down grade from 11.8.2 to Citrix viewer 11.7.0 but it still did not work until I shifted my computer to make a direct ethernet connection rather than attempting to use the WIFI.
