Rarely do I go to a 4 $ place but The Cut as one of the elite steakhouses on the Vegas Strip didn't disappoint. The Venetian Resort meets or exceeds guidelines from the FDA Food Code, SNHD Food Regulations, and Nevada Revised Statutes.
Elite '2020. Yes, the restaurant calls it potato purée but we commoners call it mashed or whipped potato ala KFC. So it was great to be back at a top notch restaurant on the Strip. Hubby wanted a fancy dinner and cocktail experience. For our anniversary celebration we decided to try CUT at the Venetian. Every bite melted in your mouth. The staff who worked with us, Stephen and Nicole were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their work.We were literally on the doorstep of CUT when the doors opened at 5:30 pm so that we could immerse ourselves in the total experience of this premium steakhouse before catching the Cirque du Soleil show Mystere. They loved the desserts, the cookie selection, side of Corn, and Mac & Cheese.Although the atmosphere was a little loud, service and food was beyond exceptional!

None of the staff introduced themselves which I found odd. Try to book in advance, CUT by Wolfgang Puck Singapore, despite the very premium price tag, still gets fully booked regularly by rich yuppies and business executives. We had a wait which was no problem.
