Room was tiny. With this amazing location comes the newly renovated restaurant Le Duc and Le Bar W, both with unique terraces and incredible views overlooking the Promenade and the sea. The buffet breakfast was also over-priced, offered cold scrambled egg and only one choice of (rubbery) cheese to go with the cooked meats. The service was superb. Our bathroom was American style, with a large shower and double sinks, and the provided toiletries were nice. Now it is part of the Best Western franchise, and is a typical Best Western place - OK, but ordinary and dull. Croissants were limp. Awesome views of the promenade and sea from my tiny, tiny balcony.
